Pay Rate Setting For setting of pay rate per coin (or coins / bills)
For example:
The owner may like to charge 5 minutes per coin. He can set Coin 1 (or the respecting coin ID#) = 5. When the users insert a coin, he gets 5 minutes of usage. Setting range is 1 to 120 minutes in 1 minute interval.

Coin Type Setting For setting the coin type to be accepted by the coin validator
For example:
The owner may like to accept US Quarter(25 cents) on the controller. He can use Coin Type setting function for the coin validator within the casing to do that. (for detail see instruction manual provided)

2-minute Port Open This is hardware function
For example:
The owner may like the computer be able to detect its keyboard and mouse existance during boot. He can boot his computer and turn on the power of the controller AT THE SAME TIME. With this function installed, the controller when turn on the power will enable the keyboard and mouse to let the computer to be able to detect them, within two minutes. After the two minutes, it return to normal operation mode.

Single/Double Coin Insert For Single or Double coin insert action
When = 1 : a single coin drop will trigger the timer
When = 2 : a double coin drop will trigger the timer
For example:
The owner would like to charge 50 cents for 10 minutes. He can set the "Default Coin" = 2. In a single-coin validator model. If coin validator is set to accept Quarters (25 cents). The time increase is set to 10 minutes. Now after the users insert the first Quarter, the timer will not increase time. After the users insert the second Quarter, the timer will increase the time by 10 minutes.

Coin Disable Disable the acceptance of a particular coin (can be enabled again) Only for Multi-coin validator
Minimum Start Time For Charging of a Minimum Time on first use
For example:
The owner may like to charge 15 minutes minimum usage time. He can set the "Minimum Time" = 15. In a single-coin validator model, each coin insert can buy 5 minutes. The users have to insert 3 coins in order to start using the machine. "INSERT MORE COINS" message is displayed on LCD when there require more coins to be inserted before reaching the minimum charging time. However, when the users purchased the minimum time, he now can insert one coin to purchase 5 minutes.

Discount Mode Enable setting of a different rate (discounted rate) for longer time users. e.g. For the first 30min the rate is $1 per 10min, for after 30min the rate is $1 for 14min. Firmware 5A, 5A+
Coin Counter For Counting the number of coin inserted during a period of time
For example:
The owner may like to know how many coins are inserted for this month. At the beginning of the month, he reset the counter to zero. At the end of the month, he checked that the counter reads 352. It means 352 coins are inserted.

Coin 1 ... Coin 6 For Multi-coin model
For example:
The owner may like to accept $0.25, $0.5, $1 three types of coins. The pay rate is set to: $0.25=4 minutes; $0.5=8 minutes; $1=12 minutes. He can set: Coin 1=4; Coin 2=8; Coin 3=12, to reach the goal.

For example:
The owner may like to do service (for example reinstall the operation system for the computer) while it is connected to the controller. He can turn the Service Switch to "On" position. He then can continue to use the keyboard and mouse with time limit.

For example:
The owner may like to use a USB keyboard or a USB mouse or Control an USB device such as USB handset for VOIP. You may use a PS/2 mouse with an USB Keyboard. Or a PS/2 keyboard with an USB mouse.

LED Light on the control board (inside the casing) This is hardware function
For example:
The owner may like to trouble shoot the controller is o.k. without connecting to a computer. He may insert a coin and by inspecting the Red LED light on the control circuit board, he know it has turned on the keyboard and mouse.

Last Minute Reminder Beeper This is hardware function
For example:
The owner may like to warn the user when the timer reaches last 1 minute that he will need to insert more coin or bill to continue on his work. He can order this function to be installed on his machines.

Light Indicator for Vacant Machine This is hardware function
For example:
The owner may like to let users know which machines at in use and which machines are still available. With this function, machines in use have their Light Indicator (a light bulb installed on top of the controller) in Red light turned on to indicate they are in use by someone. Users can easily find a machine that are not in use by looking at controllers that have their Red light bulb turned off.

Auto Windows Logoff function This is a hardware function (require COM kit and our AutoLogoff software installed)
For example:
When the time is finish, the controller will send a signal to the COM port of the computer to auto logoff user current session and shut down running programs (e.g. Internet Explorer). This function better protect the privacy of users.
(For Windows XP and 2000 only)
Firmware 5A+
COM kit and software for auto Logoff function COM kit is a special cable for connecting with computer COM port and the controller. Software will enable Windows XP/2000 to perform auto logoff when each session ended. Firmware 5A+

Converter cable for use of two USB devices This cable will convert the one USB port (on the controller) to become two USB ports (controlled). Suitable for using USB keyboard and mouse.

For Linux computer, we suggest to use a (1xUSB-to-2xPS/2 converter cable) because Linux is better in supporting USB native device for Plug-and-Play.
