What is quotation analysis?
By inputing each quotation from vendor into the database system, you can analysis the highest, lowest, average price of material over different period of time. This can help in determining the right price to buy from the right vendor.

Vendor grading is also important if you want to know how good a vendor keep his promise for quality, quantity and delivery time.

Can I know the exact quantity of material arrival, so I don't need to call our warehouse keeper to check on it?
