Customer Database
Keep the record of your customers. Their information, Address, Contact persons, Area of trading & business. Sensitive information such as credit line and pricing discount can be protected with password. Sales history can also be queried directly in customer database.

Product Database
Keep the information of all you products, their pricing and images.

Quotation
Opening of a quotation to customer is a job of ease. Every bit of information is available on hand just by clicking on a few buttons and making selection. Sales history of a particular customer can be queried. Pricing history of a product can also be queried. So making the life of sales personels easier.

Invoice
Following on a quotation, an Invoice will be created based on the quotation. Information on the quotation will be copied into the Invoice for editing, adding, and approval.

Tree-structure directory
Every quotation and Invoice will be placed at a tree-structure directory for easy finding. Click on the year, month, or use search tool, you will be viewing the document in seconds. It is like an virtual file cabin.

Other features
How do we use it in trade shows?
Our Portable Database module lets users carry the database in their laptop computers. So you can demonstrate to potential customers using high resolution images/designs/drawings directly from the database. When customers request a quick quotation, you can use BOM Costing function in the database to calculate an accurate quotation right in front of the customer.

After returning to the hotel, you can use any phone line/Internet to connected to your central office database to upload potential customers information to the central database for quick follow-up.

Email function built-in
Can I email to a mail list of my customers to update our product offering?
Yes, the email function is built-in and mailing list function let you email to groups of your customers directly from Sales & Marketing module.

Imaging function
Can I store customer's order and design information (all scanned images) into the database?
Yes, our database is capable to handle any kind of scanned image so you can freely put exact copy of your customer's order (even hand-written) and design information into the database.

Web interface for remote sales office/sales personnels
I have serveral remote sales offices across different cities, can I use the Internet to make sales order and check on inventory?
Yes, our Web-enabled Sales module can do just that. Using ASP(a programming language called Active Server Page) and security features such as VeriKey password (a password system that changes everyday) and SSL encryption.
