TT-1 Coin Operated Computer & Controller
Technology for Public Computing

TT-1 is a new kind of low cost terminal computer. It can be used for large number of applications. At almost any public or private place: Hotels, Train stations, Bus stations, Public buildings, Private buildings, Restaurants, Sport clubs, etc.  Each TT-1 comes equipped with a coin-operated control unit, which controls the usage time of each user transaction.  In this setting, TT-1 will cost its owner zero amount of money because users pay for the cost of running TT-1. Furthermore, TT-1 will generate cash revenue for its owners.- see revenue projection.

Coin-operated
Like a pay-phone, user puts in a coin and it works. Usage time is automatically counted and remaining time is displayed by a red LED. When usage time has been counted down to zero, TT-1-CA automatically disable both 1) the keyboard and 2) the mouse. Thus, the user's work will not be able to continue. However, the user's work will not be lost. User can simply insert another coin to enable his/her work to continue. 

Precision electronic coin-collection unit
The advance electronic coin-collection unit/validators can accept any country's coin currency/ programmed to 6 different type of coins. It can differentiate a fake coin by: its material, its size, its weight and its phycial characteristic. Anti-hooking mechanism is builtin to avoid cheating by using a wire hooked coin. Optional counter is also available for calculating the monthly total number of insert.

Highly accurate electronic control unit
The electronic control unit is designed by us. It uses digital clock to count down from 1 to 255 minutes. Accuracy is in 1/10 seconds. It has switches to disable/enable both the keyboard and the mouse of the PC unit. The time allowed per coin insert can be set by operator from the electronic control unit.

Tough Hardware Design
TT-1 is designed for public use. Therefore we designed it tough to stand open environment. All casing are lockable. Internal parts are modular design so they can be replaced seperately and easily.

Our goal is to design and manufacture advance self service payment technology to let people enjoy the use of our product at any place. We keep in pace of the latest development in computing technology, kiosk technology, networking, wireless networking technology.

Hotel
Business traveller requires modern communication such as Email and Internet Access while staying in the hotel.  Hotels equipped with our TT-1 terminals can let its guests connect to the Internet and use Email whenever they want to. Operation is simple and it requires only coin currency to enable usage.  TT-1 will provide stable income revenue for hotel owners while minimize their investment in hardware (see our leasing plan).   Its generates steady revenue for the hotel every month - see revenue projection.

Information of hotel service and other local attractions such as shopping places, recreational parks, restarants can be displayed and search using customized database application (see our MDL Terminal Technology application).

Train station, Bus station
Train station is one of the busiest place of any city. Travellers requiring modern communication such as Email and Internet Access will find our TT-1 to be their best travel guide. Clients may require an urgent propose while you are in a restaurant. Missing a minute is like losing an entire business. TT-1 will come in at the right time. At the restaurant, and yes it is at the restaurant, you will be able to use TT-1 as your own computer to type up propose, send email, send fax, and even video-conference with your clients. Library
TT-1 is not only easy to use. It is also easy to maintain. In place like the public library, public computers (usually purchased directly from PC vendors without modification to use as public computers) are subject to harsh environment and unguided usage. Our TT-1 is build as a public computer in the first place, thus we design it to recover from mis-usage. On TT-1, the desktop environment will limit the user to perform damaging act to the computer's software system. Also, the physical design of the TT-1 will protect its entire electronic body against pounding, shocks, water, moisture, and other harmful means.

Sports Club
It happened not long ago me and my friend, a Sales manager of public company, were having a golf game at the country club. A major client called him and ask for a proposal immediately. He had not got his laptop with him that day and there was no computer for lending in the country club. As a result, we have to stop at mid-game and drove back to his office so he can work on his computer. Nowaday, business can happen any where at any time.
