Q: What type of coin it accepts?

A: It can accept any currency coin. The coin insert will be compare with the "Sample" coin in the controller. If there is a match it will accept the coin, otherwise it rejects it.

Q: How does it compare coin insert with the sample coin, by size, weight or shape?

A: No, it measure the sample coin's frequency and compare it with coin insert. If they are the same coin, their frequency will match, otherwise even they are of the same size and weight, because their material density is different they will have different frequency.

Q: What is firmware version means?

A: The firmware version is software coding version embedded on the control board IC. Different firmware version the machine will behave differently. The Standard firmware version is the most common version that is shipped.

Q: I want to build my own application. Can I purchase only some of the parts from you: e.g. Control board, Coin validator unit, Case?

A: Yes, you can. We will try our best to help with your project.

Q: How can I pay with my Credit Card?

Q: How many units will your offer discount for large order?

A: We can ususally offer discount for order of more than 5 units.

Q: I use Linux OS on my computer, is TT-1-CA comply to Linux OS?

A: Yes, it is complied with Linux. Some of our existing customers use TT-1-CA with their Linux box.
